We believe everyone should have the opportunity to pursue what truly inspires them. That’s why we offer the support, resources, and insight needed to make it happen.

Our training gives local people from underrepresented groups the skills and knowledge to become ‘set-ready’ for a career in scripted film and TV production.

Spread over 5 weeks, our training covers: confidence building, set etiquette and work-readiness, communication skills and teamwork, wellbeing and resilience, as well financial literacy and how to work as a freelancer.

The next training will start with an Industry Induction at The Bottle Yard Studios on Thursday 5th February. 15 successful applicants will then go on to our 5 week course which runs every Thursday from Thursday 12th February to Thursday 19th March.
